Life Happens

Dealing with a sick child is definitely not my favorite thing to do. This morning Colton woke up at 5:20am and threw up all over his bed. So I decided to just let him go back to sleep with me. Didn't happen. After about an half hour I remade his crib with clean sheets and stuck him right back in. He was doing everything he could think of to not fall asleep while he was with mommy. He would hum, clap his hands, kick me, roll over. It would of been quite entertaining if mommy had not been so tired. Mommy really likes her sleep. The constant diaper changes are not fun. We need a new onesie every time we change a diaper. But I have been enjoying the free snuggles.

On a different note; today we walked through a duplex on 800 West in West Bountiful. It's quite small and it doesn't have a dishwasher or central air, but it does have it's redeeming qualities. Like the hardwood floor and the whole rural feel. I'm looking forward to life's new challenges and am glad to have the opportunity to stay at home with my son. I really hope that we get this place. It's just south of the elementary school and right across the street from the church. But if we don't we will keep looking for another place. My house is a disaster. I'm not sure where to put things. We have been making a DI pile. Tomorrow is going to be busy making trips back and forth to the DI.

Marinda has been so kind as to let us use her house for Colton's 1st birthday. For any of you who don't know where it is the address is 631 Applewood Dr in Centerville. I will try and get the invitations out this week. Thanks for all your love and support and for reading my lame blog.

Love your blog. Let me know what I can do to help you out. Would that be in Kevin Arbuckle's ward?

Hope you get the place.

I need to back up and read a few posts. Morgan you guys are moving? I know the duplex you are talking about and that is not in Kevin's ward, it is the 1st ward, Kevin is in the 8th ward. The 1st ward is the ward I was in when my family first moved to America, but that is the ward that Bonnie's son Keith is in. Tender moment, parents in the same ward and kids in the same ward.

This is a PS to my previous comment. I backed up and read posts that I had already read before, so I guess you didn't post about moving.

PPS I love your blog, it isn't lame.
