Domestic Tuesday

I am feeling like quite a domestic wife and mother today. I have Tuesdays off of work and have decided that I will make bread every Tuesday. This week I tried out an oat bread. It is so delicious. I will have to post the recipe. I also made yummy rolo cookies. And I have some apples, bananas, and pineapple dehydrating. As soon as the boys are in bed, I will clean our whole place so it's nice for when Kenny gets home.

I do the bountiful basket co-op every week. This week they also offered strawberries. We are out of homemade strawberry jam so I ordered some. I am so excited. I keep thinking of all the things I will do. I am thinking I will dehydrate some. Of course I will sweeten them so my boys will eat them.
If you can't tell I am loving my dehydrator. I really want to make some jerky. So the next time anyone sees a good deal on roast, please let me know.

I think I might start a new challenge for myself. I have seen it on another blog that I follow. She has 100 toddler/pre-schooler activities that she tries out and then grades them. I want to try to do one a week. Maybe two a week if we're lucky.

Well I'm off to do bath time. Wish me luck so I don't get soaked.

Slacker

Sorry. My laptop is broken and we also don't have a camera. So I am saving up for a camera and an iPad. So as soon as I have some new things to post I will. But for now you will just have to read.
We had a great Christmas spent with family. Santa made it to our house and brought our boys a train table. They loved it so much. Tucker wouldn't open his presents and wouldn't leave the table.
We celebrated Ken's birthday a little early. His birthday is new year's eve and he never really gets a birthday. So I took him on a date to the Praire Schooner up in Ogden. It was a lot of fun not having kids with us. The kids and I celbrated new year's with my family while Kenny was working. And now we are just waiting for better weather. And hopefully we aren'ts sick the rest of the winter. I also started to work at Leger's Deli on Redwood Road in North Salt Lake. I work Mondays, Wednesday, and Friday every week. So feel free to come on in to see me and get a yummy sandwich.
