Overnighter at Monte Cristo

A few weeks ago we decided to go up to Monte Cristo for an overnighter. We had a great time riding our bikes around the camp ground and getting dirty.

Trying to go to sleep. He did everything he could think of to stay awake. He finally went to sleep around 11:30 while I sang to him. After he stopped head butting me he passed out pretty fast.
We woke up early the next morning and were deciding whether or not to just go home or to stay for a bit. Colton woke up early and was crying.We decided to stay and make breakfast before heading out. After we had breakfast and were all packed up we started heading down the canyon where we were stopped by a highway patrol officer. We were told there was a huge accident and that the highway would be shut down for at least 8 hours. So we turned around and went home through Wyoming(and we didn't even get fireworks)
