Decided I should do a post about what is happening in our life. Our financial outlook has changed and we are looking for a new place to live that is a bit cheaper and may have found a place in Woods Cross. The bad part is that Kenny will be doing all the moving by himself. If this duplex is still available we would probably start moving in next month. Which means I'll be bursting at the seams and my dad and little brother will be out of commission after both having knee surgery. The good part will be that I will be closer to my best friend and we might be finished moving before the baby gets here.
Kenny's work is doing good. He stays very busy and has been working late most days. He works very hard for his family and I know that he all ready knows that we appreciate his hard work, but it doesn't hurt to say it again.
Colton, since turning two a few weeks ago has figured out that he can say No to anything he wishes. I got him to say Noah instead of No when I asked him what we should name his little brother.(By the way that is not what we are naming him I think, still not sure) His speech is also becoming more clear and he can put words into sentences. He really shouldn't be doing this for a few months but I enjoy being able to communicate with him. He's been keeping me on my feet and is such a blessing to have around when I drop something and can't bend over to pick it up.
I am just waiting for my time to be up. I am ready to have this little guy but I still have four more weeks until my due date. If we are going to be moving then I want him to stay in there as long as he can so that we can get everything situated before his big arrival. That's all that I can really think of right now. So I'm heading back to bed. I woke up with Kenny this morning and have discovered that this is too early for me to be awake, especially if I have to be chasing after Colton and cleaning up all day.

Happy Valentines Day!
My poor sick little guy. Passed out on the couch while watching basketball
The beautiful surprise roses I found on my front porch this morning
My attempt at trying to make a regular casserole special for Valentine's day
Kenny is my very special valentine. He is a loving and caring father to Colton, and will be to his next son. He was so excited to be a dad and is so excited to be a dad again. I love watching him play with Colton. He is so nice to me even when I don't deserve it. He can come home after a 14 hour work day, covered in oil and fuel and looking as tired as ever and still the first thing he asks me is about how my day went. Then he will listen to me complain about how bad my day was and then he takes time to play with Colton even though I can tell he is exhausted. He would do anything for us and we know it. My favorite thing about Kenny is his sense of humor. I have such a hard time having a bad day or being mad when he is around. He always makes me laugh instead. He knows how to chase away the gray clouds and bring the sunshine into my life. I'm so grateful that he is in my life. I love you so much Kenny!

Out For A Spin
Colton took his new tricycle out for it's first official ride. Daddy pushed him up and down the drive way and he had the biggest grin on his face. I can't wait until he can reach the peddles so I can go on walks with him on the legacy trail.

Happy Birthday Colton
Happy Birthday to my dear, sweet, little guy. I can't believe how fast time flies. It seems like just a few days ago I had a brand new baby in my arms. Now I have a sweet tempered little two year old who keeps me laughing and on my feet.

Colton and I made cookies together for the first time ever. Why I haven't let him help me before is beyond me. He loved it! His favorite part was helping pour the ingredients in the mix. And of course he loved licking the beaters. The only sad part is that I didn't think to take pictures. But I promise next time I will take pictures. It also made me want to make him his own apron for helping mommy. Because he got cookie dough all over his shirt. Well, I have to go now. The timer just beeped and our next batch is ready to come out of the oven.
